Metoda może być stosowana bez opłat i bez powiadamiania autora, wymagane jest jednak wskazanie pochodzenia metody, tj. odniesienie do strony iterum.pl/rak.

The RAK project aims to provide a machinery risk assessment method that is available to everyone and consistent with the standards harmonised with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).
The method may be used free of charge and without prior notice to the author; however, acknowledgement of the source (iterum.pl/rak) is required.
